How to Claim?
Claiming for your physiotherapy sessions through TAC is simple. Upon payment of your session in the clinic, we will email you an invoice. Upload that invoice to TAC’s claiming portal and they will reimburse you directly. Make sure to let us know if you are claiming under TAC so that we can add the appropriate information to your invoice for claiming.

What if my claim hasn’t been approved but I need immediate physiotherapy?

It can take a few weeks for a claim to be approved, so if you need to come in for physio treatment while you wait, please do! You will be required to pay for the sessions privately until your claim number comes through, but once it does, TAC will reimburse you for the costs of the sessions. TAC will not reimburse you if your claim is not approved.

To allow us to process your TAC rebate, please provide the following details PRIOR to your appointment

  • Your TAC claim number

  • Your case manager's contact details (name, phone number, email)

  • Ensure that you have approval by TAC for physio treatment.
