Upper Mechanics:
Upper body with a focus on arm lines and thoracic/rib mobility/rotation
Running Mechanics:
Lower body with a focus on hip/knee/foot lines and combining rotation with correct running and body biomechanics
Barre:
This is a combination of Ballet and Pilates with a specific biomechanical spin to it!
Salsa:
This program is specific to hip strength and mobility. We focus on functional, controlled hip movements to help you gain the hip control you need in life!
