Functional Movement Mobility Training

These Functional Movement programs are a great way to gain mobility and strength. They incorporate mobility training exercises to improve your health and wellbeing with a focus on strength and control. It is beneficial in improving and enhancing:

Upper Mechanics:

  • Upper body with a focus on arm lines and thoracic/rib mobility/rotation

Running Mechanics:

  • Lower body with a focus on hip/knee/foot lines and combining rotation with correct running and body biomechanics

Barre:

  • This is a combination of Ballet and Pilates with a specific biomechanical spin to it!

Salsa:

  • This program is specific to hip strength and mobility. We focus on functional, controlled hip movements to help you gain the hip control you need in life!
